Commercial Description: 

90% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc. Produced on a siliceous soil, this Saint-Emilion plays the card of finesse and fruit. The wine has an intense red color. The fruity nose intensifies on notes of red fruits and berries. The palate is characterized by a good attack followed by a good length.

Food Match: Beef Bourguignon, Eggplant parmesan, dark chocolate desserts.
