On the nose, the wine is reminiscent of stonefruit, lifted by floral notes with subtle mineral complexity providing depth and interest. While beautiful drinking now, this wine should reward cellaring for at least six years from vintage date. Match with a range of fresh salads, seafood, poultry, & delicate pastas.
