Fermented in a variety of vessels to maximize colour and flavour, a portion underwent oak during fermentation, while the rest matured in oak until achieving the perfect balance. Skilful tasting and blending by our winemaker resulted in this stylish, high-value wine.

The result of this is an intense red with purple hues and youthful, ripe berry fruit flavours seamlessly blended with vanillin oak. Full-bodied, dense, and smooth, this wine pairs wonderfully with red wine casserole or a juicy steak with red onion jam. Enjoy it now or savor its added depth with further aging.
