In our pursuit of terroir-driven, unapologetic whiskey, we select and marry individual barrels at cask strength to fully express what originally drew us to the robust flavors of the semi-wild rye cultivated in the San Luis Valley. Alcohol percentage varies from batch to batch.

Flavour: Bright flavors of mint, fresh grass, and tropical fruits
Mash Bill: 100% heirloom rye
Aged: Over 3 years in new, 53-gallon oak barrels and bottled at cask strength
