The mild summer combined with classic large diurnal shifts in autumn led to a long ripening period giving great complexity and concentration to the fruit.

Sub Regions - Organically certified and hand harvested from Central Otago - Peregrine Estate Bendigo (80%) and Cromwell Basin (20%)

Grape Variety - 100% Pinot Noir

Hand Harvested - 100%

Winemaking - Whole bunch pressed with limited skin contact, followed by cool fermentation.
