Golden-straw in colour, the Robert Mondavi Private Selection Buttery Chardonnay opens with decadent aromas. This Chardonnay has a distinctly rich and creamy mouthfeel, with notes of stone and tropical fruits. Malolactic fermentation then enhances the decadent buttery profile. Aging on oak adds notes of baking spices and toasty brioche. Pairs well with bread and butter, roasted chicken and fish, and creamy dishes.
