Pairs spectacularly with mature gouda cheese and aged gruyere complimenting the complexity and nuttiness between the whiskey and cheese. Chorizo will also make an impressive companion.  

Nose: Aromas of creme caramel, candied orange peels, figs and sultanas mingle with delicate notes of nutty Oloroso Sherry
Taste: Rich, oily mouthfeel with tropical fruit and exotic spices complimented spectacularly by milk chocolate and walnuts
