The 2022 Chablis Bougros Grand Cru is aged for 16 months in stainless steel and 500-liter barrels. It is pretty neutral on the nose and doesn't really engage the senses as I would have liked. The palate is balanced with a fine bead of acidity. It's taut and fresh, with a touch of sour lemon towards the finish. It's not bad, although it's more Premier than Grand Cru, to be honest. Tasted blind at the BIVB tasting in Chablis. - Vinous
