Our Sauvignon Blanc was harvested from our Southern Coast Vineyard which lies in one of Marlborough?s southernmost regions, was machine harvested and transported immediately to the winery. Fresh juice, gently pressed and delivered to stainless tanks underwent a long cool fermentation, heady aromas of Sauvignon Blanc filled the winery."
