Commercial Description:

Deep dark ruby red. Black berry fruits, spice and underlying cola notes. Rich and ripe flavours of blackberry and dark cherry, flowing through restrained hints of French oak. The finish is long, with soft tannins and undertones of spice.

After 15 days on skins, our Pinot Noir grapes have produced this stunning, dark ruby-red wine. Following 5 days of cold soaking under close attention from our winemakers, we fermented in 100% French barrels at a peak of 32 degrees to extract maximum colour and enhance tannin profile in the palate.

Perfect with dark chocolate or rack of lamb.
